Exchange & Returns

• We offer exchange in sizes. The customer must initiate the size exchange request via email at ragaandcogoa@gmail.com within one week of receiving goods.

• In case a style doesn’t suit the customer they can exchange the same with another item of the same value.

• Goods will be accepted only if in original state with tags intact.

• Each piece goes through a quality check packed and sealed carefully. The product is only eligible for return in case of damage in transit.

• No return or exchange will be accepted on custom made or made to measure pieces. If any size alteration is required we will be happy to assist. The customer has to bear the shipping cost for returning, exchanging an item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Items sold under promotion or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

• We do not offer refunds on products sold but we can provide you a credit note.

Cancellation Policy

• Once the order is placed, the customer has to notify us within 24 hours to make any changes or cancellation.

• Orders shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customized Products

• We do customize to your requirement. No extra charges for basic length alterations.

• For major customization, the cost would vary from Rs 200 to Rs 1000.
